Red Carven's Team

Brian Reynolds

C.E.O & Owner

Brian Reynolds is the founder, CEO, and creative force behind Red Carven Records. With a lifelong passion for sound and decades of experience in music production, Brian established Red Carven as a space where artists, producers, and storytellers can fully realize their creative vision.

Known for his hands-on approach both in the studio and behind the scenes, Brian ensures every project — from independent releases to large-scale post-production work — receives the same level of care, creativity, and professionalism. His mission is simple: to help clients unlock their full potential and create work that truly resonates.

Christopher Hayes

Project & Creative Director

Christopher Hayes serves as Project & Creative Director at Red Carven Records, where he leads the artistic vision and execution of both client and in-house projects. With a strong background in classical performance and music education, Chris brings a thoughtful balance of structure, creativity, and collaboration to every production he oversees.

A classically trained double bassist, Chris studied under Dayton Philharmonic principal bassist Debbie Taylor before earning his Bachelor of Music from CCM. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree while serving as a Graduate Assistant in Music Education. This experience broadened his appreciation for the full string family, resulting in years of teaching and performance experience on violin, viola, and cello in addition to bass.

Susan Bennett

Management & Artist

Development

Susan Bennett serves as Artist Development Coach at Red Carven Records, where she supports emerging artists in discovering, refining, and confidently expressing their unique sound. With a strong background in performance, music education, and music theory, she combines technical expertise with deep emotional awareness.

To Susan, music is more than notes on a page — it’s a powerful vehicle for personal growth and self-expression. From mentoring first-time performers to contributing to commercial productions, she brings a thoughtful, skilled, and inspiring presence to every project she’s part of.
